You’ll see both men and women of all ages in these classes. Fancy spandex outfits aren’t needed; just wear sturdy shoes and comfortable shorts and a tee-shirt. See your instructor about what kind of shoes you should use. Ones with sturdy soles are important to absorb the impact of bouncing, kicking and shuffling repeatedly. You should also bring a towel because you’re going to sweat, and a big water bottle to prevent dehydration.
